Morning everyone. Coffee is on. I have the dreaded TRTI and decided to work on taxes. Got a lot of stuff in there, but can't get my W2 from my previous payroll company due to website maintenance.
Did ribs in my new smoker last night and they were pretty good. Smoked at 225 three hours, then wrapped in foil with a cup of apple juice laced with honey and mustard in there for three more hours. Smokey taste and falling off the bone was the result. I am sold on that contraption.
Today I need to take the Sentra back bumper back off and insert the little reflectors. Grr...can't believe there were forgotten. Would be easier if temps were higher than the 20's.
Last day to work, then flying tomorrow just in time for a blizzard in Boston.
