How to drop ammonia and Nitrate?

Hi everyone,

I am setting up a new tank and I have it for 2 weeks now, I added bacteria for faster start up and live rock. Here are my parameters:

Salinity: 1.022
pH: 7.8
Ammonia: 0.25
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5

I will definitely wait before adding any fish, but I am worried about the live rock.
What should I do to quickly fix the parameters?
