Mandarin And Cleaner Wrasse

I have a 40g. Could I keep a cleaner wrasse and a mandarin in the same tank? My plane was to have pods, also have a brine shrimp hatch and feed, As well as buy a mandarin trained to eat frozen food. I already have the wrasse, which is one of my favorite fish. I would feed brine shrimp and clam.
