Help with Radion LED's

I made a similar thread to this earlier, but I do need more in depth help with this. I don't have a lot of knowledge on lighting so people that do have more experience especially experience with Radions please chime in.

I have 2 Radion Gen 3's over my 48" x 24" x 18" high reef. I have read multiple threads on Reef Central about par readings with Radions and still have trouble finding that "sweet spot" for my tank. Currently I have sps mid level in the tank and lps at the bottom. The lights run for 10 hours. They are at 30% max intensity. Ramp up from 10 - 11 to 20k, 11-12 18k, 12-12:30 16k, 12:30-1:15 14k, 1:15-3:00 13k and then the lights do the same cycle downwards.

Does anybody have any specific light schedules that they would try for a tank similar to mine? Without a par meter I am lost and am not sure if some of my sps are pale from lack of nutrients of too much light, ect. I have only gotten real growth from my acan and plating sps coral. Seeing growth in Whiskey's tank want to make me cry! I would just like some specific guidance because I don't want to wast such great lights by not using them to their full potential.
