Best LED lighting for this...?

Hello all. New to this forum... I have a 29 gallon fish tank (not a biocube, regular rectangle tank, 30" long). What is the best LED lighting that gives the best full spectrum of light to make corals and anemones glow all the awesome neon colors that I know certain ones can? I know there are different intensities and all that, and that u need to have one that has the blue LED's in it too, and sometimes some other colors? My reef tank has corals and anemones in it, just waiting to "pop" with their UV reactive colors, but everywhere I search brings up 100 different brands with all these claims and this and that, and range so far in price from one to the next. Not something cheap but not a million dollars either. Looking for maybe $50-$150 range, depending on what it can do. I also see there are ones that u need just short of a degree in physics to understand... Some that u can adjust with 100 different settings (sunrise, day, moonlight, lightning storm, etc) and then some that are just on or off. So yeah, long story short, need some help if anyone can lend a hand. A specific brand name and product would be great... I'm sure others out there have a similar setup with the same needs. Been looking on Amazon and eBay, etc, cuz I know I'll pay prolly double in a fish/pet store. All help would be appreciated, thanks.
