Aquascaping and coral problem.

Hi everyone :)

I've been a lurker here for a while but I feel like I'm having some trouble figuring out rock and coral placement. (I know where my corals are happy in terms of flow and light, so I mean placement as in keeping them on the rock)

My tanks been up for about 3 months and this is actually my first time ever keeping fish myself (apart from my family keeping fish for over 16 years). It's approx 60 gallons and I already have a few nice corals placed around that are all thriving in their spots. (Elegance, bubble, duncan, goni, trachy etc)

I only have one problem which is that my aquascaping is set in a way that the rocks are just stacked on top of each other making two small islands toward the centre of my tank. It looks great but I have no idea how to place my coral. How the heck do people pack so much coral on their rock? I currently have my goni sitting on the top of my rock and then an array of coral on the sand or almost just put on the rock without sliding off.

Should I place my rock against the back glass and make it come down in a way that it has a flatter surface area? Like slanted outwards? My rock is just bare around the middle because it's too vertically flat to place anything other than corals that attach themselves.

Sorry if this was overload, it's been bothering me for a while as I'm so eager to buy more coral but I can't keep them spaced out so far forever.
