algae problem

I have an algae problem that I need to understand better. Basics: 65gal tank, 5 months old. One sailfin blenny, one clown, one damsel, one firetail goby, two scarlet crabs, two peppermint shrimp, about ten to twelve assorted snails (hard to keep track). I also have a pom-pom coral and kenya tree coral; both are doing very well. Water is ro/di with weekly changes of about 15 to 20 percent. light is on about 12 hours per day. Nitrate is about 1 and phosphates are at .03. So, the problem is that I have some hair-like algae growing very fast and I'm worried about it getting out of control. It is growing on rock that is closest to the light and nothing seems to be eating it. Do I need more snails, different crabs or a different approach? I'm worried about crabs eating other inhabitants.

Thanks for any feedback.
