When can I add Crabs or Snails to a new tank?

Hello,



My Saltwater Marine Reef 5 gallon tank is one week old, when can I add Crabs or Snails to my tank? Asking because I have a lot of bristle worms dying and I thought crabs could eat them up for dinner.
