Hey all,
I have a unique issue I'm dealing with here. I got my corals two weeks ago, and all of them are doing very well, except for my Australian Purple Torch. It still looks healthy per say (it's not shriveled, no goop on it, etc.) but the coral is staying pretty much retracted. My GSP looks great, the Frogspawn, and Zoas are all looking really good and open up whenever the lights are on. After checking water parameters today, they shake out to this:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: ~10
Salinity: 1.024
Now, I think my salinity has been a little low since my last water change (a week ago) which is when I noticed the Torch retracting. Would a Torch really retract just from slightly low salinity? I'm going to work on bringing it up a bit, but could really use any suggestions!! I also attached a picture of my tank for reference...the Torch is on the right in the front.
