External Pump for Sump Return

I am plumbing my sump into the basement, and need a pump to return the water to the display tank. The sump in the basement will be a 55 gallon tank, sitting on a standard size stand. The pump will sit at the bottom of the tank level, and will need to to pump the water up into the display tank, which sits on a 26 inch stand above. The tank is 26" high. What is the best pump for the money? I would prefer to order from Petco (Rewards points plus credit card rewards)... I ordered this pump:
