Corals shipped cold! Will they live?

I bought some beginner soft corals from a guy in a Boston reef forum and he shipped them ground overnight. I thought he was going to put in heat pack, as he said he would. When I opened the cooler they were very cold, like 40 degree cold. I panicked and got the bags in my sump to warm them up. Acclimated and they are in the tank. I don't know exactly how they should look but here is what I have...

2 plays. One looks like it will be fine, some of it closed and some open but hard to really tell. Another looks a bit shriveled maybe. IDK

3 green fuzzy mushrooms. One rock I can't really tell what's on it and maybe nothing survived. One rock has one big polyp open and looking great. The rest are dark and shriveled. One small rock with a few polyps that look good.

Toadstool that is starting to look better by the minute.

Should I be worried about anything that dies? Is it unusual to see cold shipping. The seller stated they sometimes ship cold from overseas. One shipper states they use ice packs in summer. So am I panicking for nothing? He will replace anything that doesn't make it.
