Time to upgrade my HUGE nano, but how?

I have a Dennerle 16 gallon marine tank for around 8 months. Corals are doing ok, Xenya is big and expanding on top of the rock, 3 separate Euphyllia paradivisas are doing great too, one small Zoanthuse is there, but not really expanding.

2 Firefishes are doing good too, each on its own side of a tank, one small Yellow clown goby feels great. He likes to be on the upper part of a tank around and inside of Xenya. One Peppermint schrimp, one hermit crab and 3 Nassarius snails...that is all i have.

Equipment to run this is nothing special:

- Dennerle 36W light

- Dennerle Biocirculator 4/1 pump (it takes water from the top and pumps it - basically a little skimmer) with 500l/h flow and 1x Tunze 6015 pump (1800l/h flow)

- 1x Jeager heater

Only real problem i have is red algae everywhere! I change 30% of the water every week with RO/DI, salt is Red sea. Water parameters look ok.

I want to upgrade this system and thinking in two ways:

- buy new light system (LED RAZOR nano 60w)

- or take out Dennerle Biocirculator and replace it with another Tunze 6015 and add real proper nano skimmer (but all are soooo big, even nano ones...)

My question is: What would be a smart way to upgrade and how to destroy red algae?
