Water Changes

Hello, fellow reefers. I was doing testing my aquarium water and my tests came up good. I had undetectable nitrates and phosphates, and my cal and alk are both at normal levels. Normally I would do my weekly 5g water change tomorrow. Do I still have to perform a water change if my water chemistry is already normal? Also, I forgot to add, I have a 75g tank.
