Hello! One week ago I set up a 30 gallon tank, cycling it with Dr. Tim's One and Only. I have been testing periodically and the ammonia spike has already passed, but the nitrites spike came with worrying levels. They are, from what i can tell, off the charts. They have been like this for a couple of days. The nitrates are also extremely high, off the charts.
I was wondering if I should perform a water change because I read that levels of nitrites too high can harm the bacteria and halt the cycling process.
