Frozen Alkalinity Jug - Still Good?

Hey folks,

I ordered 4 liters each of Seachem's Reef Fusion Part 1 ( Calcium ) and Part 2 ( Alkalinity ) from amazon.ca

My calcium arrived fine but the Alkalinity 4 Liter jug was frozen solid. Obviously happened during transportation. My question is if it is still safe to use for dosing in my reef tank once the jug un-thaws? Anyone with previous experience with this?
