Bleached bubble tip anemone

My anenome has been bleached since we got it and ive had it for about a year or so now, its always bleached and kind of shriveled i have a saltwater master test kit and a reef master test kit both of which say my water is great, the only ishues i can think of is we have high salinity the highest its ever been is 54 where it apparently needs to be about 34. Ive tried feeding it with a turkey baster and some frozen shrimp but they wont stick to it. High salinity has always been an ishue is that why its so angry? Its been pretty closed laterly especially since its moved away from the sexy shrimp.
My aquarium is 65 gallons and has good led lighting.
