Help with nano reef please

First off I'll apologize for all the Noon questions but I've never had corals I have a fluval edge 12 and yesterday I finally purchased a kessil a150 15000k my question is my flow rate is 340 GPH so 28x turnover is that too much? Is te kessil light too powerful for such a nano? And what great beginner corals should I begin with I currently have a mushroom and sun coral and carnation tree all came with the live rock
