Lighting for 60 bowfront

What is the cheapest lighting I can get for my 60 gallon bowfront tank, I just want to have a softie tank and maybe a couple low light lps, but I was wondering if the 100$ Chinese leds were good and if anyone has any suggestions for like 120$ or less
