help please switching tanks

I have a 45 gallon aquarium going right now switching to a 90 i have put 50% of new water in the 90 gallon and gonna use the other water in my 45 gallon,would it be ok to switch everything over I have 2 clowns 2 chomis and frogspawn coral or do you wait a little bit
