Healthing Back A Yellow and Blue Tang

Working on bringing back the color and fins of a Regal Blue Tang and Yellow Tang.



Color for Blue Tang is very drab, the dorsal and bottom fins of the Yellow Tang are disconnected, some spiney----



First, is it possible overtime to bring them back to deep colors and full fins---and if so, how long?



Anyone have any success with this and what did they do in particular, from water quality to feeding and anything in between
