Heads up for anyone with chaeto

Do not I repeat DO NOT put your chaeto algae into your overflow box unless you have a divider. I was told by my lfs that it was a good idea.. Well me and my better half were watching TV and I heard the tank making a funny noise and so I go check and the dang thing is overflowing over the rim of the tank because my chaeto got sucked up into my u tube so I unplug my filter and then my return started sucking it up but since it was so full it ended up flooding my wet dry filter



So long story short don't put chaeto into the front side of a over flow box it's a bad idea good luck everyone :rotflmao:
