Bio cube lights

Ok so I'm a beginner to the saltwater world and TRT, I'm in love.. I have a biocube 29 all stock.. I'm looking to upgrade my lighting.. I have been looking at a product on eBay which is kind of like th ecoxotic strip lights but cheaper,much cheaper.. So my questions are has anyone bought this?? Is it worth the $50?? And how do I make this fit in my hood?? I'm wanting to go the very cheapest route possible which is why I'm interested in this... My parameters in my tank are all fine but I'm having trouble growing my coral which is why I believe I need a light up grade.. Also note that I'm wanting to keep my stock lights in as well.. I have moved the led blue light which was in the center to the bottom and removed the ports on the top row for the LED panels, hoping this will give me enough room to add the LED strips.. Any information on this product or tips would be great.. Thank you in advance...
