Yellow tang struggling to eat

I added this yellow tang coming up on a week and he doesnt eat much and twitches about and sometimes will dart slightly downward and graze the sand and flip the sand into the air. He hides any time I walk into the room and feed. I try to target feed him but he doesnt take any of the food. He does follow my dragon goby around who has a taste for hair algae and he catches the little bits that he drops. He has light brown patches that were discussed in a previous thread of mine and we came to the conclusion that it is probably due to stress as they seem to be fading away without me doing anything. I really want to get this little guy to start eating, any tips. Ive tried brine shrimp, green nori sheets, and emerald entree frozen cubes, also going to try mysis this after noon.
