Adapter for HQI Coralife Aqualight Fan?

Hello, I need this question answered asap. I bought a HQI light for my biocube and it did not come with an adapter to run the internal fan. I would like to know what some people are using to run their HQI aqualight fans and if this adapter would work for it:
