After discovering my favorite product and using it yesterday, I thought it would be an interesting thread to ask what everyone's favorite aquarium product/purchase is and why.
This may be a dull idea for a thread, but I figured we could give it a try. So to begin
-post the description of your product
-why it is the best!
-Pictures are welcome!
- Multiple posts are encouraged, just give it some room between posts for different products.
Also, this does not have to be the most important piece of equipment, just what ever you get most excited about.
Here's mine.....So we all have our coral strategically placed in our tanks only for them to fall over due to crabs, snails, or just poor placement. This always leads to headaches for me, as you all know we want our reefs to look their best!
This stuff is great! I used AquaStik "epoxy putty" after doing a 30% water change. I was a little concerned with using so much, especially since it had a slight odor, but everything I read on here said not to worry.
And this is the culprit. My prized gongipora never really had a perfect spot for it's plug. Before the slightest turbulence would knock it over, which is bad for seafans as they like high flow. Now it can sway with all of it's polyps out without me having to fish it out to re-position.
I would post more pics, but my iphone 4 camera is getting worse and worse!
