Torn Fins and Agressive Damsel

Hello everyone. So tonight I just noticed two of my fish (maybe three) have torn fins. I believe it is from my very aggressive damsel. I had already planned on removing the damsel this friday, and someone was going to come to take it. This is the first time I have actually seen any damage to the fish from the one mean damsel. Will the fish be ok until Friday or should I remove the damsel sooner? Do I need to do anything for the fish with the torn fins? Will they be ok? Will they heal themselves? Thanks everyone in advance
