MH bulb: color shift?

I have two 250w MH bulbs that are 20K in color. I keep reading that old bulbs loss PAR and undergo a color shift. My bulbs are nearly 12mos old. I know they have lost PAR but how can I tell they have color shifted?



They still look the same light blue color they were early on.
