Is it weird that I have had absolutely no algae growth in my tank yet? I am surprised that not a hint of green has been seen in my tank after nearly 6 weeks running. I guess I shouldn't be complaining. But I don't even see the coralline algae on my frag disk growing...I actually think it has receded.
Water parameters:
Ammonia - 0.25 (but i figured out why, the container I mix my new water had ammonia in it)
Nitrite - 0.0
Nitrate - 0.0
Calc - 400
Mag - 1200
Alk - 10.9
Temp - 77.5-78.5 (Reef Keeper controlled)
pH - 7.8-8.0
Salinity - 33ppt (hydrometer tested, waiting for refractometer to come in)
