Ai nano or maxspect r420r

Hi everybody,

I'm starting a 29g rectangular tank build, and I'm stuck over which lighting to get. I was originally going to get the nano sols but I saw this new maxspect fixture and it caught my eye. So my question to you guys is which fixture is better. I like that I'm able to set a sunrise/sunset on the maxspect and I don't know if I can on the nano sol, I've been working on the tank for a while and I just forget about some of the components I originally chose. I will be keeping mostly sps and a few softies, so any input would be greatly appreciated.
