Water change, but corals too high?

My nano 16g tank gets water change every week. I change around 30% of the water every time, sometimes even more. I think nothing is wrong with that?

But i have a problem. My rock work is around 1/2 to 2/3 high if you compare it with tank hight. On the top of rock work there is a big Xenya and Euphilia Paradivisa. When i change water the level of water must go lower then those two corals, so they are on the air for awhile before i can refill with fresh one. How bad is that for corals? I didn't notice any problems in last 2 months doing this, but i'm worried i will hurt them or even kill them.
