Newbie... Looking for Coral advice

I've had basic fresh(Cichlids) and saltwater tanks for nearly 20 years and have decided to try a "reef tank". I'm super pumped and excited and looking forward to this slow and costly hobby.



What is a good basic combination of softies and LPS for a 55 gallon tank in your opinion. of course I want color, but i'm un educated on what all works well with each others..
