Quick rock cook question

Ive been cooking the rocks for my 90 for about 6 months now. I checked the parameters last night:

Am - 0

n02 - 0

no3 - .2

Is there anything else I should be checking? There is little if any crud left in the bottom when I change tubs.

Once I decide they are done cooking, does it harm them or undo the good I have done if I take them out and dry them to allow me to aquascape the tank? Ill call this large batch of rocks batch A.

I also have a few rocks that I started cooking last week that sat outside all winter. I was amazed that the green star polyps still had the purple mat attached to the rock. I checked that as well and the cycle is well underway. The am, n02 and no3 are extremely high. I am going to scrub them all tonight. Lets call this small batch of rocks batch B

Once I aquascape with new crushed coral, the dry cooked rock (batch A) and add the freshly cooked rock that is underway now(batch B), will there be much of a cycle? Maybe a bit from the sand, but the dry cooked rock(A) has nothing left. The small batch of freshly cooked, wet rock (B) should be full of the needed bacteria. I am considering also getting a few lbs of rock sent in from online to help seed it all. Should I also cook that?

thanks!
