clowns stung by anemone?

hi guys my dads 50 gallon cube is 7 months old. we got a green carpet anemone witch was in a tank with fluoresents! we thought that the store had no care for the anemones. it was part bleached but not bad. we had a large strainer and floated it in our tank (with a kessil a350) we placed anemone in the tank along with the clowns knowing this method is particulary dangerous. the clowns looked as if they wear trying to eat the tentacles gently? one went in and then freaked out and now has a white patches on his lower end of the body. they look like some body put drops of glue on him and they are dried and halfly peeling. we kept him over night in the strainer (I should of told my dad not to) and now theyre not biting the tentacles and the anemone is inflating and some of the tentacles are touching air and turing white! please help!
