raising coral help

Hi,

I have a few coral are really big. I need to frag them and put them on a separate tank for coral only. I am starting to learn how to raising coral better. My DT tank have light that have daylight and moonlight. I see all store that raise coral have only blue light, don't coral need daylight. Please advise. thanks.
