captive bred or wild caught yellow tang/goby/firefish

Greeting all,

For some reason, I have been believing most of the marine fish sold in the LFS are captive bred. Now I realized that I might be wrong about it. So how do I know if my yellow tang, yellow clown goby and firefish are captive bred or wild caught?
