I thought this may have been aiptasia but the stalk seems a bit to fat and it does not suck in or or close up at all when it is touched. The foot or stalk is about 1/4'' tall and the head is about the size of a dime. Also has little white balls on the end of the tentacles. It just kinda showed up one day.
