Is my anemone dead..right?

Hello,

I bought my first anemone about a month ago. It seems not acclimate well and moving around. I saw my clown fish bothering the anemone 2 days ago. And today the anemone getting weak and seems not stick anymore. Should I take the anemone out? Or can the anemone survive?
