Today I got my Dual DI canisters from BRS I also bought a dual inline tds meter. I already had a 3 stage RO unit I added a tds meter after the RO and after the DI canisters. So when I first turn on the system I had a jump up to around 40ppm them it dropped very quickly after the DI it was 0ppm. Well after about 30 mins I came back to check on it and the tds was reading 1ppm before and after the DI resin. What's with this? I would think it should be 0 specially if I'm getting only 1ppm on the way into the DI system. I do know the RO works well. My tap water usually runs between 200-300.
