We saved a PBT from certain death at the local Petco. He looked very healthy and had only been in their system for a few days. The PBT is on day 11 of quarantine, and I have performed a 50 and 30% water change since then as he looked stressed yesterday and was flashing a bit. He is in a 20g QT, running a hob full of matrix for filtration, I treated with copper from day 1 because the LFS DEFINITELY has at least MI and Brook in their system. I am using Kordon Copper-Aid at the recommended levels. He has white spots all over and a bit of white fuzz around his mouth. He was eating this morning but right now is not eating and looks to be breathing heavily. Can someone ID and advise? It is possible that the copper medication is akin to all the other Kordon Products being ****, any other steps we can take? I am leaning towards MI or Velvet but am having trouble distinguishing between them.
