How often and how much to feed fish?

I have 4 damsels. 2 dottybacks. 1 clown. 1 yellow gang. 1 filefish. 1 yellowheaded goby. And 4 turbo snails. I have been typically feeding them about 1 tablespoon micropellets with about 1 teaspoon small pellets each evening and every 3rd day I switch it to 2 cubes of brine shrimp.

Is this too much? The brine shrimp typically all gets are. The pellets do not right away but after an hour or so the goby comes out and cleans it up.
