Hermit Missing Limbs

Hi, I've just bought an electric blue hermit, he was shy when i got him but now he's accustomed he's showing himself more and I've noticed that he is missing 3 legs and a claw and cannot walk,

I was wondering if there is anything i can do to aid him or if he's doomed.
