I cannot stress more to keep an eye on your tanks daily!
I came home from work yesterday to see my beautiful pink anemone show his mouth and not looking so bubbly.
Right away i went and started looking for my issue. I found my temp gauge floating around and took a look 72 degrees! $H!*!!!
I run 2 heaters in my overflow and 1 heater in my sump. 1 heater in my overflow went out yesterday. I dont know how the other 2 didnt keep the temp up but i will be adding another tonight.
The sump showed 77 degrees but the main tank is at 72. I will be adding a digital temp reader next week as well. (Not gonna have that happen again)
Sooooo what issue have you reefers ran into out of no where?
