Return pump for 25 gallon, help!!

Hi everyone, I desperately need help figuring out what return pump to buy for my new 25 gallon marine land cube. I just purchased this system used and it came with the tank, stand, eshopps 75 sump, and an scaquariums 301 protein skimmer. From what I have read, the skimmer is rated at 1380 L/hr which I think translates to 365gal/hr if that is of any help... Also, the tubing down to the sump is 1in and the return tubing is 3/4inch... Any help is very, very much appreciated!
