Hi, This is my first time posting but I am always on this site. The members are great and the information is endless........
I have a maroon clown that I've had for four months. Since the beginning of the week he has been developing white blotches/spots on body. There are no spots on fins or gills( which is throwing me off from identifying the problem) and the spots started in the middle of his body and he has more on one side than the other(don't have my camera right now so I can't take a picture). He is acting/breathing totally fine and eating his own food and was trying to snatch the piece of table shrimp I fed my green bta earlier. I've been reading and can't figure out what it is. My parameters are all great and salinity is 1.025. The only thing I can think that caused this was a water change I did about the same time the problem started. My heater in my brute tank was not working right and only after putting 5 gallons of water in my tank did I realize it was not at the same temp as my tank and cause the the tank temp to go from 79 to 74.7 degrees. Big drop in temp. Although it didn't effect my other fish, corals or anemone that's all I can come up with.
Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.... Chris
