Phyto feast. How often?

Alright, on the phyto feast bottle it says to use 1-5 drops per gallon per day. I do 15 drops for my 30 gallon so half what it says to. I have a 3 day cycle I do, it is as follows:

Day 1- dry hatchery diet for the fish

Day 2- phyto feast for my inverts and coral

Day 3- 1/4 cube frozen for coral and fish

Then the cycle starts over. The phyto feast says to use every day but I'm afraid to and cause higher nitrates than what I have. Will this effect that? Should I stick to this routine or what do you all suggest? Is this too much?

I run a skimmer, 2 powerheads, 25 lbs live sand, 35 lbs live rock. Coralife T5 lights
