New 210G build. Would like input

So as many of you may know, I have a four month old 90g with a 20 gallon sump. I've come into some money and am going to update my basement and want to do a final tank build down there. I'm along way from adding new fish, but want to do this now so I'm done moving and building tanks. I'll list what I have and would like to know what I can keep and what I should get. Here's what I have.

cpr aquafuge pro with built in protein skimmer.

2 Eheim jager 150 watt heaters with controller

Two hydor koralia powerheads

Tunze osmalator top off system

Mag drive 7 return pump

One overflow kit

90lbs of live rock

Here's what I think I need and can use.

I can transfer the overflow kit and add a second. The tunze will transfer over along with heater controller. I think the sump, heaters and pump will be too small so I need to buy:

Tank with second overflow kit

Build another stand

Two 300 watt heaters

Add two more power heads

55g sump

New protein skimmer

3 reef radiance dm-165+

More dry rock

Not sure on return pump. Mag drive 12.5?

I would fill the new tank with water and use the existing 100 gallons of water and live rock to avoid cycle. Id move my soft corals, shrimps and two clowns to my 10g qt just for the day of the move. Any and all input is welcome!! Thanks.
