I'm new to this hobby I've had a 72 gallon tank for a year. I'm learning everyday. I have enjoyed this more then I even expected. I have many questions and hope to get help for the Reef community. My first question is I have a Aqua top 500uv canister filter. The way it came the bioballs were set to be on the top and the more I here the more I am confused on what is the best way and what to put in a closed filter. I want to keep my water quality the best and sometimes I struggle with Nitrates.
