Whats the better deal for an RODI unit?

So I am in need of an RODI unit and I am hoping my parents will get me one for an early B day present. I have been planning on getting this one http://ift.tt/1vL86Oq . But today I found this on Craigslist http://ift.tt/W8X6uM . Here is a link to the manufacturer, its the second one down http://ift.tt/1vL86Os Which ones the better deal? I haven't contacted him yet, but once I am done writing this I am going to ask him how much he has used it. Both prices are the same, but he may be willing to come down some. So which one would be the better buy? Thanks!
