Well, my name is Mike, I am a father of two boys and a contractor. I live in Phoenix, born and raised a Desert folk. I have been keeping Salt Water for 30 years, and keeping corals for about 15.
I dont pretend to be a marine Biologist, but have been in the hobby for the simple reason of fascination as well as risk and reward.
As part of TRT staff I do my best to give true statements baste on credible published research, as well as what I consider to be a vast amount of experience. I am not however one who will say I know everything, the notion is just silly. I learn as much as the next guy and am the first to say if I was wrong or misinformed. I am always frequent on the forums, and believe TRT is a family place, full of good people. I am somewhat of an old school type guy, I dont sugar coat anything but will always respect any member.
