A hobbyist who's been doing reef tanks for years, (also where i buy my ro/di water) told me what he does to clean his sand bed and told me i should try it cause its a good way, note that he has a sump on all his tanks but said its the same difference with no sump, to take something to stir the sand, he said just use your hands stir it up and suck all the dust and crab that is flowing around from stirring, said works great and easy. Has or does anyone else do this?
